Function & Features
- The liner inserting
machine puts polyethylene disks into the caps processed
though the rolling machine.
- The driving gear
is accelerated by ball housing and worm gear. The
driving motion of turret and liner inserting punch
is accurate and speedy in operation.
- The disks gathered
in the storage tank are aligned in row by the vibrating
device of the machine and are by one inserted into
the caps.
- The liner inserting
machine is applicable within a cap size range of
20-80mm. in outer diameter and 15-40mm. in height.
- The machine features
low noise and low vibration in spite of continuous
and speedy operation.
- Any material with
certain property suitable for packing disks could
be used with this machine.
