The colour of the resulting granulate varies depending on the colour grades and degree of print of the plastic used.
Specific colour demands can be met largely by adding master batch accordingly during extrusion.
From the bale feeding conveyor to the extruder via washing plant:
We deliver turnkey and fully automatic
plastic recycling systems for various materials.
Experienced specialist
for planning, installation, start-up and servicing guarantee the greatest possible
availability
and best functionality in operating our plants. Our plants are designed according
to the latest technological
standard and the experience from our own recycling factories are immediately
being incorporated
into the construction of our plants, at the same time
offering an increase in our technical know-how.

The following example
shows the layout of two combined separation stages.
The initial material: mixture of ground cups (PP and PS), mixed with aluminium
Separation procedure for mixed / contaminated plastics :
Precleaned ground material (1) is mixed
in a mixing container (2) with water or liquid of a certain density.
This mixture of solid - liquid matter is fed by a pump (3) into a separation
container (4). A patented process is applied to
convert the turbulent flow into a laminar flow. The material can now separate
in a setting-zone of the container relative to
the specific gravity of the
separation medium. The light weight outlet (5) at the top and the heavy weight
outlet (6)
at the bottom of the container feed the material to a drainage (7) and to the
following dryer (8).
The drained liquid is returned into the fluid circulation (water processing
plant). The plant can be extended
with more separation units to continue the break up of the gained fractions
by other specific densities.
